OUR PROCESS
At Matrix Solar, we focus on building long-term relationships with landowners based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit. Our process starts with a complimentary assessment of the land to evaluate its potential for solar development. We then collaborate closely with landowners to create an agreement that aligns with their needs and clearly outlines the details of the land lease, ensuring everything is thoroughly discussed and agreed upon. By addressing concerns upfront and fostering a comfortable partnership, we set the project up for success. With over a decade of experience, our founders have developed and financed more than 253 MWs of solar projects.
- GETTING STARTED
Path to Success
Step 1: Due Diligence
After we receive your contact info and site information we will review your land and determine if it meets our criteria.
Step 2: Agreement
A representative from Matrix Solar will present you with an agreement. Once this is executed we will begin our development term.
Step 3: Permitting
Once our analysis is completed, our team of experts will begin the permitting process of the project.
Step 4: Permitting Approval
Receive permitting approvals from municipality, state, and local agencies. Once these are in-hand, we are one step away from the construction phase.
Step 5: Utility Approval
Receive the "green light" from the utility to move forward with the project.
Step 6: Construction
After the permitting process has been completed, our team at SSP will begin the construction phase of the project.
